Nthabiseng Motopela is an experienced public health professional and nurse with over a decade of clinical practice and six years of healthcare leadership experience. She currently leads a multidisciplinary Primary Healthcare team across a sub-district hospital and seven health centers, strengthening day to day healthcare services while contributing to strategic planning and policy development. Nthabiseng has played a key role in quality improvement initiatives, COVID-19 service integration, and notifiable disease management. She is a Master of Public Health candidate who has recently submitted her MPH research focused on non-communicable diseases, a field she is deeply passionate about. A lifelong learner, she holds a certificate in Project Management and is a Frontline Fellow of the Field Epidemiology Training Program, reflecting her strong commitment to evidence-based public health leadership. Outside work she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
