Ts’eli is a wife and mother of two and a skilled quality assurance professional dedicated to strengthening the delivery of high-quality health care services across the health system. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Midwifery from the National University of Lesotho (NUL), a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health from the University of South Africa (UNISA), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education from NUL. She is scheduled to enrol for a Master of Public Health with ARU Zambia this year.
Ts’eli supports the Ministry of Health and is currently technically deployed at the District Health Management Team (DHMT), where she leads a team of clinical and public health experts focusing on HIV and TB reduction, non-communicable diseases, maternal and child health, and adolescent and male health.
She is passionate about primary health care and public health systems strengthening.
Outside of work, she enjoys singing and spending quality time with her family.
