Ms Beatrice Zulu is a dynamic healthcare leader with over 25 years of progressive experience in nursing administration, healthcare delivery, and public health systems. She currently serves as District Nursing Officer for Chikankata District, where she leads strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement across health facilities. Holding a Bachelor nursing and Midwifery Science’s and a Master of Public Health (Global Health), she combines a strong clinical foundation with advanced expertise in health equity and policy. Beatrice has successfully directed district-wide programmes, mentored nursing teams, and pioneered youth-friendly health services in underserved communities, while championing equity-focused interventions in Martenal and Child Health services. She has been selected for the WomenLift Health Leadership Journey – Southern Africa Cohort 2026, amplifying her voice in regional health leadership.
