Adjoa Kwarteng

Adjoa is a Senior Public Health Management Strategist with 13+ years of experience designing, managing, and delivering technical assistance interventions that strengthen health systems and improve program performance in low-resource settings. She is currently a Principal at Genesis Analytics in Johannesburg, advising the South African government, the Gates Foundation, and the private sector on health priorities such as HIV prevention, pandemic preparedness and response, gender-based violence, and human resources for health. Adjoa is a certified Prosci® change management practitioner, well versed in behavior change and human-centered design methodologies, guaranteeing solutions are contextually relevant and results are sustainable. She has an MPH in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University and a BA in Clinical Psychology and Child Development from Tufts University.
