Elsie Nzale Sang is a seasoned Partnerships and Program Leader with over 18 years of experience in humanitarian and development programming across Kenya. She currently serves as Partnerships Coordinator at The Fred Hollows Foundation Kenya, where she provides strategic leadership in designing, strengthening, and managing equitable partnerships that advance sustainable eye health programmes across underserved counties. Elsie brings deep expertise in partnership systems strengthening, governance, institutional capacity development, risk management, and program quality assurance. Elsie is a recognized thought leader and gender equity advocate. She is a 2025 Global Fellow Representative with WomenLift Health and a Gender Equity and Inclusion Champion for The Fred Hollows Foundation Kenya.
