With more than 20 years of experience in information technology (IT) and project management, Irene has managed large-scale and transformational projects. She has worked with diverse and complex teams to bolster organizations’ abilities to achieve sustainable growth, leveraging innovative solutions with mobility and technology to meet customer needs. Irene has also advised numerous boards and is passionate about working with community programs that empower communities and businesses to explore sustainability practices in these ever-evolving and complex economic environments.
Current Role
Since 2018, Irene has served as an executive coach, applying insights from her work as an IT and project management executive and consultant. Based in Kenya, she supports clients throughout eastern and southern Africa. Irene’s coaching expertise has served business professionals and community leaders across leader levels, including C-suite executives, middle managers, frontline leaders, and start-up founders. Using solution-focused coaching models, Irene helps leaders enhance self-awareness, empathy, conscientiousness, emotional intelligence, and communication and influencing skills, all of which are essential for leadership excellence. Irene helps leaders explore their talents and potential, encouraging transformational growth in each leader’s life, team, and organization.
