Dr. Tosin is a clinician and seasoned global health expert with nearly 15 years of experience leading large-scale health systems strengthening initiatives across Africa, Asia, and the United States. Currently, she is the Chief Operating Officer at Nordica Fertility Clinic, one of Nigeria’s foremost providers of women’s health services, including advanced reproductive services. Under her leadership, Nordica continues to pioneer innovative care, including being the only center in West Africa offering a non-surgical treatment option for fibroids.
In her previous role, she served as Senior Technical Manager for Immunization Service Delivery and Gender at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), where she oversaw programs in 15 countries, advancing vaccine equity and integrating immunization with broader maternal and child health services.
She began her career in clinical medicine in Nigeria before transitioning to global health, including a role in health systems consulting at McKinsey & Company, where she advised governments and global health organizations on strategy, policy, and implementation. Her expertise spans immunization, health financing, supply chain, and digital health. She has also worked with renowned institutions such as the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and Brigham & Women’s Hospital, and has collaborated extensively with global partners including Gavi, WHO, UNICEF, and the Gates Foundation. She holds a Medical Degree from the University of Lagos and dual Master’s degrees in Public Health and Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University. She is deeply passionate about health equity, women’s leadership, and mentoring the next generation of global health professionals.
