Alden Nouga-Ngog

Alden Nouga-Ngog is a non-profit fundraising executive with over 25 years of experience building and overseeing diversified revenue strategies across foundation, corporate, public, and individual donors. She has worked on both the donor and recipient sides of philanthropy and has held senior roles at large international nonprofit organizations including CARE and Save the Children. Throughout her career, she has led high-performing teams and scalable fundraising systems that have collectively raised more than $600M, managing complex multi-donor portfolios and strengthening organizational capacity for sustainable growth. Recently, she transitioned to consulted with U.S.-based and international nonprofits of varying size, ranging from $5M to $350M per year, supporting fundraising strategy, systems, and donor engagement. Having lived and worked in 15 countries, Alden is fluent in French and brings a global perspective and a leadership style grounded in empathy and accountability, as well as a strong commitment to mentorship and inclusive leadership.
