Dr. Immaculate Mutisya is a Senior Global Health Specialist and Pediatrician . She previously served as Deputy Director of Program and Science at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC),Kenya where she oversaw complex, large health portfolios and provided strategic and scientific direction across national and regional initiatives. She holds a Master of Medicine in Pediatrics and Child Health and an MSc in Global Health and Infectious Diseases.

Dr. Mutisya is the Founder of the award-winning Operation Triple Zero initiative, which has been successfully scaled across 13 African countries and recognized for its transformative impact. She has led multi-agency programs, including co-chairing the PEPFAR Kenya interagency team (CDC, USAID, and DOD), guiding strategic planning, financial stewardship, and implementation of large funding awards. Her leadership has influenced global policy and programmatic strategy through collaboration with ministries of health and partners such as the Global Fund, WHO, UNICEF, and UNAIDS. She has received multiple international recognitions, including global award in adolescent health and designation as a Global TB Elimination Champion for her leadership in advancing child and adolescent TB programs.
