Experience

Natasha’s mission is to engage, equip, and empower people to live and lead on purpose.

She has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the military, federal government, academic, and nonprofit sectors. She served six years as a Financial Management Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, earning the rank of Captain. Natasha has also served as a federal government employee at the Department of Homeland Security. She has worked with diverse professional communities across the country and has facilitated instruction and taught globally in Canada and Africa.

Natasha is a social entrepreneur leading three ventures, including a small business where she provides executive leadership coaching, consulting, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training, and a 501(c) (3) nonprofit where she provides leadership education. She has authored four books and more than 100 articles.

Natasha has been coaching since 2019, and she particularly enjoys working with organizational leaders who are building teams, strategic plans, feel stuck, or are in transition. Her approach begins with establishing a trusting coaching relationship; assessing the client’s core values, both professional and personal; and analyzing the organizational culture in which they work. Natasha supports clients by affirming their strengths and addressing alignment gaps to proactively develop a personal development plan that facilitates the client’s desired results. Natasha is passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Natasha is a Leadership Coach for CCL based out of Durham, NC.

  • Natasha facilitates the Leadership Development Program (LDP)® and is certified to deliver Benchmarks® assessments.
  • Natasha specializes in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusive (DEI); leadership transition; executive director and board development; team building; financial management; program and project management; curriculum development; event planning; mentorship; and strategic planning.

Educational Background

Natasha holds a DMIN from North Park Theological Seminary, a MA from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a BS from the United States Naval Academy.

  • Natasha is certified to deliver the Benchmarks 360s, WorkPlace Big Five, Firo-B, FIRO-Business, and WorkLife Indicator assessments.
  • Natasha is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
