Lisa is an accredited professional coach, management consultant and facilitator with expertise in leadership, diversity, equity and inclusion, change management, strategic thinking and planning and interpersonal skill development.

Her career has spanned from health care to the corporate world of pharmaceutical sales and into her current role of coach, consultant and facilitator. Her success in various roles has been the result of her unique skill set which brings highly developed interpersonal communication skills, the ability to integrate information into clear focused strategic plans and strong leadership qualities. She has been coaching since 2015 and her focus is on creating leadership with impact at multiple levels within organizations, facilitation of strategic thinking, developing social intelligence through deep listening skills along with powerful questions and staying current on leadership challenges. Lisa’s practice includes clients from numerous industries such as oil and gas, HR recruiting, financial services, property management, healthcare, not for profit organizations, global manufacturing, software as a service firm, post-secondary institutions, pharmaceutical industry, provincial government agencies and major professional services firms.

Lisa is a Leadership Coach for CCL based out of western Canada.

Lisa holds a BSc in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Alberta.
