Kate is a leadership and organizational development consultant with 13+ years of experience partnering globally with nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and other impact-driven teams to navigate change, strengthen culture, and build leadership capacity. She works with organizations to align people strategy with purpose, foster collaborative leadership, and drive measurable impact.
Currently, Kate is a Principal Talent and Organizational Development Consultant with Providence, where she partners with senior leaders to advance organizational development, strategic talent initiatives, and leadership development. Previously, Kate led cross-regional transformation initiatives in global health, including as a senior leader with One World Surgery, where she oversaw strategy and capacity-building efforts across Latin America and the Caribbean. She brings a human-centered, data-informed approach to every engagement—integrating strategic planning, facilitation, and leadership coaching to help teams and systems thrive.
Now based in Portland, Oregon, Kate continues to consult with purpose-driven teams around the world. She holds a Master of Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame.
