Dr. Serah Muteru is a public-sector quality control pharmacist with extensive experience in safeguarding the quality and safety of health products in Kenya. She has built her career advancing national systems for testing, surveillance, and oversight of medical products, and strengthening public confidence in locally regulated health technologies. She now serves as the General Manager for Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Safety at the Kenya BioVax Institute, where she continues to champion quality, integrity, and patient safety in vaccine and health-product development.
