Olukemi Olugbade (Public Health Consultant & Field Epidemiologist, Army Medical Services, Ministry of Defence, Nigeria) is a Public Health Specialist, Field Epidemiologist, and Primary Care Physician with over 19 years of experience leading high-impact public health programs and interventions across all levels of care in Nigeria. Her work spans health systems strengthening, vaccine-preventable disease surveillance, outbreak response, integrated service delivery and mental health research with a strong focus on improving maternal, child, and women’s health outcomes in underserved communities. She has led large-scale vaccination campaigns, research surveys and public health initiatives, contributing to disease eradication efforts and achieving vaccination coverage rates exceeding 95%, reaching over 5 million children across 26 States Nationally. Beyond program implementation, she is deeply committed to workforce development, mentoring, and career coaching for emerging public health professionals.
