Maureen Umeakuewulu (Chief Medical Director, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu Teaching Hospital, Anambra). She is a Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons (FWACS), the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (FMCOG), and the International College of Surgeons (FICS). She holds an Advanced Diploma in Project Management and has completed professional courses at the University of Washington in global health research, mental health, and policy development. She serves as President of the Medical Women’s Association of Nigeria (FCT Chapter), President of the Association of Catholic Medical and Dental Practitioners (FCT Chapter), and is the Nigerian Ambassador of the International Papillomavirus Society. Her research focuses on women’s health, gynaecological oncology, and domestic violence, and she is the founder of the Dona Maureen Foundation.
