Loise is a passionate and driven development professional with a strong academic and practical foundation in sustainable development, community engagement, and program management. She is committed to advancing inclusive, locally driven solutions that foster long-term social impact.

Loise has over four years of hands-on experience in the development sector, having worked with organizations such as the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX), Moringa School, and Strathmore University. Her work has involved coordinating high-level stakeholder engagements, managing program budgets, and conducting capacity-building initiatives for partners. Her earlier roles reflect a consistent focus on youth empowerment, education, and employment, where she has led an Alumni Mentorship Program, curated training workshops, and built meaningful relationships with clients. She also organized large-scale career conferences and improved project learning through research and storytelling.

With a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the College of Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kenyatta University, and CPA training, her interdisciplinary training equips her with a unique blend of analytical, interpersonal, coordination and organizational skills. She thrives in dynamic, multicultural environments and is eager to contribute to initiatives that prioritize minority voices and have lasting impact. In her spare time, she is passionate about learning new concepts and applying what she can in her day-to-day life.
