Dr. Eve Puffer is Director of the Duke Center for Global Mental Health at Duke University, where she is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience and the Duke Global Health Institute. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and global mental health researcher focused on developing and evaluating community-based interventions that promote family wellbeing and child mental health. Her work includes culturally grounded, scalable interventions tested through clinical trials in Kenya, the United States, and Southeast Asia. Before joining Duke, Dr. Puffer served as a research advisor with the International Rescue Committee, evaluating humanitarian programs in refugee and conflict-affected settings.
