She has held progressive roles in program coordination, monitoring and evaluation, and academic leadership, growing from bedside practice to senior management. She is recognized for delivering results in rapid-response initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and implementing evidence-based interventions in resource-limited settings. Doris holds a PhD in Medical Education, a Master’s degree in Maternal Health, a Higher National Diploma in Epidemiology, and has received awards for excellence in teaching and innovation.
