Alicia Annamalay serves as the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation at The Max Foundation, where she leads efforts to measure and amplify the impact of global humanitarian access and health systems strengthening programs. Drawing on over a decade of experience in global health research, program implementation, and strategic partnerships, she oversees the development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and drives evidence generation to inform advocacy, guide continuous improvement, and demonstrate impact.
She holds a PhD in pediatric infectious disease epidemiology from The University of Western Australia, where her research focused on respiratory infections in African children. Alicia has served on the Executive Committee of the Partnership for Quality Medical Donations and the Women in Global Health Seattle Advisory Panel. She is passionate about advancing health equity and is driven by the belief that access to healthcare is a fundamental human right.
