Fati Murtala-Ibrahim (Director & Head of Strategic Information, Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria) is a pharmacist and public health expert with over 19 years of experience building monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems for large-scale health programs in Nigeria. As Director and Head of Strategic Information at the Institute of Human Virology Nigeria, she leads IHVN’s efforts to strengthen data systems, enhance program performance, and advance evidence-based public health action across its major donor-funded HIV, TB, malaria, and health systems strengthening programs. She is passionate about improving program efficiency and strengthening health systems through strategic leadership, evidence-based decision-making, and fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. Known for her collaborative and inclusive leadership, Fati is deeply committed to excellence and consistently delivers high-quality results.
