Dr. Annick Raïssa O. Sidibé is a transformative leader in global health, known for bridging frontline realities with high-level decision-making across Africa and beyond. A medical doctor and public health specialist from Burkina Faso, she has shaped health systems for over a decade, driving progress in immunization, epidemic preparedness, and global health security. As Global Health Security Technical Advisor at Jhpiego and Special Advisor to Gavi Board Members for Francophone and Lusophone Africa, she advises Ministers of Health and leads multi-country initiatives in more than 20 nations. Dr. Sidibé is also the co-founder of Women in Global Health Burkina Faso, a movement empowering woman to lead health transformation in her country. She is member of Women in Global Health Board of Director and Member of the Global health security agenda Board.
